I have been educated and trained in both psychology and social work at Bridgewater State University and Boston University. Thus, I am able to utilize an integrative and eclectic treatment approach, encompassing multiple treatment modalities in order to best fit your needs.
I will work with you as a partner to help develop goals for our time together. I offer a warm, honest, and supportive style as I seek to be an objective, nonjudgmental, compassionate ally to help you through whatever it is that brings you to treatment.
I fully believe in a person's capacity to heal and change. I am invested in helping individuals develop insight and make meaning out of experiences in order to find renewed hope for their life. I will work collaboratively with you to help you identify, develop, practice and sustain effective tools to help you achieve a more fulfilling, satisfying and authentic quality of life.
I welcome you to contact me today and discuss how treatment can positively affect your life!
I primarily consider myself a generalist however I have special interest and experience with issues such as:
Addiction and Recovery
Coping with grief and loss
Coping with illness and disabilities
I also have extensive experience working with elders, disabled individuals and caregivers.
